Booking FAQs

2025 open dates (8pm-10pm slots):

Books are currently closed.

Please email hello@arborbeerlodge.com to inquire.

What requirements are there for bands interested in booking?

We ask that performers do the following when inquiring about a potential booking:

1) Be able to guarantee an audience of at least 40-50. Bands with a steady following are always appreciated.

2) Have your own bill prepared (an opener selected).

3) Send samples of your music (as well as any opening acts) for review.

4) Be able to promote heavily on social media and/or physical flyer promotion. While the brewery is beginning to gain a reputation as a venue, we’re still new - which means that bands with their own followings help ensure a busy night.

What songwriting coverage do you offer as a venue?

Arbor Beer Lodge has ASCAP and BMI coverage.

What days/time slots are available?

Starting in April 2025, all shows will be from 8-10pm on Saturdays.

Are your shows 21+?

No. Arbor Beer Lodge is an all ages venue.

What are your stage dimensions?

Roughly 9 feet by 25 feet.

What do you pay performers?

All shows are typically $5-$10 sliding scale (NOTAFLOF - no one turned away for lack of funds) admission. This admission is paid for at the bar and can be placed on open bar tabs. After the first $25.00*, all admission sales go to the bands.

*This helps cover our sales fees/stage setup/sound.

Performers also get 1 free drink per band member.

What sound system does your venue have?

Gear list is above. You are welcome to bring your own gear in addition to ours. Details can be worked out during the booking process.

Do we have a professional in-house sound person?

Currently co-owner James Pezet runs the sound, and has done so for every show held at ABL. We are a mom-and-pop style venue, and James is very attentive to your needs as a musician himself. He will work with the bands to ensure that everyone is happy and satisfied.

If James is not available for a date, another co-owner will cover.

However, you are welcome to bring your own sound person to manage the mixer if you’d prefer. This can be discussed during the booking process.
