Writer's Round PDX
Introducing Writers 'Round: Portland at Arbor Beer Lodge & Brewery!
Join us for a Nashville-style songwriter showcase and unique storytelling experience featuring curated and open rounds of local songwriters. This all-ages monthly showcase will take place every first Wednesday at Arbor Beer Lodge, starting Oct 2nd! Featured rounds are curated by members of the Portland Songwriters Guild, along with Portland songwriters Ben Grace and Ronnie Carrier, who will also host the event. Writers 'Round: Portland is part of a nationwide collective, joining cities like LA, San Diego, and Knoxville in creating a welcoming space for artists to play, connect, and support local venues.
Writers Round is a Nashville-style songwriters-in-the-round showcase with open mic and curated rounds. The shows consist of an open mic round, a featured round curated by the Writers Round and PSG team, and the night closes with a second open mic round. Open mic players are pulled from a hat.
A total of 9 performers from 6 to 9 pm.
